ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar and Foreign Minister of Austria Beate Meinl-Reisinger, on Tuesday, exchanged views on the evolving regional situation.
The DPM/FM spoke with the Austrian foreign minister.
The Austrian foreign minister appreciated Pakistan’s constructive role in promoting dialogue and its mediation between Iran and the United States, in support of regional peace and stability, the Foreign Office Spokesperson said in a press release.
The DPM/FM reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to sustained diplomatic engagement, including continued efforts to facilitate dialogue between Iran and the United States, aimed at maintaining peace and stability in the region and beyond.
Both foreign ministers agreed to remain in close contact.
