Recently, a major development has come to the light in Dua Zehra’s case. Dua Zehra has released a complete video message in which she said that she’s now happily married to Zaheer Ahmed with her consent. She said that she is 18 years old, Dua also said that her parents were cruel to her and were fixing her marriage elsewhere and that’s why she took this step.
Another video of Dua Zehra is going viral in which she is sitting with her husband Zaheer Ahmed. Dua Zehra said that she’s happily married to him and is mature to take decisions of her life. She revealed about her husband Zaheer Ahmed. She was found in Okara along with her alleged husband.
Zaheer Ahmed said that they were in contact since last three years and they got connected through a game.
A press conference of Dua’s parents was being conducted right after the release of the video statement of Dua Zehra. The parents of Dua Zehra said that all the claims made by the other party who abducted their child are false. They showed all the documents. Their Nikkah Nama was dated back to 2005, Dua’s birth certificate was also shown in the press conference, according to which her age was not even fourteen. Parents also showed her passport. Dua’s father says that she is not even 14 years old and therefore not eligible for any Nikkah. He has requested Syed Murad Ali Shah to take quick action and to bring girl to Karachi for a fair investigation. He urged Shehla Raza to intervene into the matter and resolve it. Dua’s father said that he knew that his daughter was terrified while speaking and she doesn’t talk like that. It was a scripted note which she was reading.
