Eastern Region Deputy Governor reviews Dammam airport’s Hajj readiness

ISLAMABAD: Prince Saud bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz inspected operational and service preparations at King Fahd International Airport ahead of the Hajj 1447 AH season to review the airport’s readiness for receiving and facilitating pilgrims.
According to SPA, the inspection visit was attended by Sufyan bin Zamil Al-Zamil, Mohammed Al-Hassany and officials from government and private sector entities operating at the airport.
During the visit, the deputy governor reviewed operational plans and service arrangements prepared for pilgrims arriving through the airport during the Hajj season.
He said the Saudi leadership’s continued care for pilgrims reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to mobilizing all resources and capabilities to help pilgrims perform Hajj rituals with ease and comfort.
The report said Prince Saud bin Bandar also highlighted the importance of coordination among government and service agencies at airports and entry points to ensure efficient and smooth operations during the pilgrimage season.
He praised the efforts of Dammam Airports and all entities working at King Fahd International Airport for facilitating pilgrims’ procedures and improving service quality from arrival until departure. –Agencies
