Members of the Edhi team met government representatives and heads of international humanitarian organisations to discuss areas that need the most support.

Saad Edhi said his organisation fully stood with the Afghan people in this hour of trial and vowed to extend all possible help to them.
“The organisation will also provide help to Afghans in the field of medicine, and make efforts to provide better ambulance services for emergencies”, he said.
Vice President International Red Crescent Noorud Din Toorabi appreciated the services being provided by the foundation and also lauded their gesture of extending services to neighbouring Afghanistan.
“The Afghans are thankful to the foundation of Abdul Sattar Edhi for providing humanitarian services to them.”
