Enjoy Land in Xinmi sees visitor surge and service upgrades

BEIJING: With summer vacations on, a tourism resort in Xinmi, a county-level city of Zhengzhou in Central China’s Henan province, has witnessed a significant growth in the number of visitors.
Involving a total investment of 56 billion yuan ($7.75 billion), Enjoy Land said it is equipped with comprehensive resort facilities and provides high-quality customer services.
Besides, Enjoy Land was awarded the title of “National Tourism Resort” in June, first of its kind in Zhengzhou, which serves as a vivid reflection of strong brand influence.
Against such a backdrop, the tourism resort said it has further stepped up the improvement of customer experience, especially through cooperating with the local power supplier to meet the surging electricity needs. The State Grid’s Xinmi Power Supply Co said it closely monitors the grid’s operation status and electrical load, as well as the weather changes. The company also makes predictions about Enjoy Land’s foot traffic, so as to develop customized power supply plan for it in advance.
Meanwhile, the company utilizes drones to frequently inspect the transmission lines and electrical devices in the tourism resort, and promptly eliminate the safety hazards.
Efforts have also been made to guide the tourism resort staff and merchants to use electricity safely and carry out maintenance work of electrical devices correctly, the company added. –The Daily Mail-China Daily news exchange item
