ISLAMABAD: Parliamentary Secretary for Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training Farah Naz Akbar on Monday informed the National Assembly that the Evening shifts had been started in 50 schools across the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT).
Replying to supplementary questions during the Question Hour of the lower house of the Parliament, she said that 7,500 students were being enrolled who were out of school in the ICT area.
Farah added that students would get Rs 5000 each month.
Meanwhile replying to another question, she informed that the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training had sought records from the Federal Directorate of Education for the regularization of remaining teachers.
She added that 73 remaining teachers of 132 would be regularized soon.
