FAISALABAD: The District Administration team has arrested a fake price control magistrate. According to the details, a person named Farooq Ali was charging money from the shopkeepers by imposing fine on the price list by presenting himself as the price control magistrate in the markets and bazaars.
The district emergency operational center established in the deputy commissioner’s office was informed about the suspicious from some shopkeepers on that complaint, Price control magistrate Ejaz Latif reached the Chiban road spot and caught a person named Farooq Ali red-handed while receiving money from the shopkeepers and investigated him for being a magistrate but he was found to be a resident of District Nankana, who was robbing the pockets of shopkeepers by calling himself as a magistrate. Farooq Ali was handed over to Civil Lines Police for registering the FIR against him.
