ISLAMABAD: On the special directions of Director General of Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA), Captain (Retd.) Zafar Iqbal, Provisional Offer Letters (POLs) were formally distributed among the affectees of Sectors F-14 and F-15 under the Land Sharing Basis, bringing relief and satisfaction to the stakeholders and further strengthening their confidence in the successful progress of the housing project.
In this regard, a dignified ceremony was organized in Sectors F-14 and F-15, Islamabad, which was attended by the Deputy Commissioner of the FGEHA, the Director Land and other relevant officials. During the ceremony, Provisional Offer Letters were handed over to the affectees, while the officials also interacted with them and assured them that the Housing Authority was taking all possible measures to protect their rights and ensure the timely resolution of their issues.
Addressing the ceremony, the Deputy Commissioner of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority stated that Sectors F-14 and F-15 were among the most important residential projects in the federal capital.
He further said that under the directions of Federal Minister for Housing and Works Riaz Hussain Pirzada, Secretary Housing and Works Captain (Retd.) Muhammad Mahmood, and Director General FGEHA Captain (Retd.) Zafar Iqbal, the development activities in these sectors were being carried out at an accelerated pace. He emphasized that providing affectees with their legitimate rights under the Land Sharing Basis was among the top priorities of the Housing Authority, and that the distribution of Provisional Offer Letters was an important step in this regard. He added that practical measures were continuously being taken to resolve the issues of affectees, promote transparency, restore confidence and ensure the timely completion of development work. Officials stated that development activities in Sectors F-14 and F-15 had significantly accelerated and that these sectors would soon emerge as model housing projects equipped with modern residential facilities.
The affectees present at the ceremony appreciated the efforts of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority and expressed the hope that development and administrative matters would continue to progress with the same commitment and momentum so that the project could be completed at the earliest possible time.
