ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court on Monday disposed of a petition challenging the registration of a case against Baloch students and advocate Iman Mazari.
IHC Chief Justice Athar Minallah heard the petition seeking to quash a case filed by the Islamabad police against more than 200 Baloch students and Human Rights Minister Shireen Mazari’s daughter Iman Mazrai for staging a protest outside the National Press Club in the federal capital.
During the hearing, Deputy Attorney General Tayyab Shah told the court that police had withdrawn their FIR against the accused.
