Four busted, 8 stolen bikes & arms recovered

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police Industrial-Area and Aabpara police teams arrested four wanted members of bike lifter gangs involved in numerous bike theft activities and recovered eight motorbikes and weapons used in crime from their possession.
Following the special directives of the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the Islamabad Police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate crime from the city.
Following these directions, the Aabpara Police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending a wanted member of the bike lifter gang involved in numerous theft activities. The accused were identified as Ejaz Hussain.
Police team also recovered three stolen motorbikes from his possession. Cases have been registered against the accused and further investigation is underway.
While the Industrial Area Police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending three wanted members of a motorbike lifter gang.
The accused were identified as Abdullah, Waseem Akhter and Shan Masih. Police team also recovered five stolen motorbikes and weapons from their possession. Cases have been registered against the accused and further investigation is underway.
