Heroin-filled capsules recovered from passenger’s stomach

ISLAMABAD: Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) Thursday recovered 124 capsules filled with heroine from the passenger’s stomach at the Islamabad international airport. A passenger—a resident of Charsadda—wanted to travel to Jeddah Airport from Islamabad Airport.
ANF officials seized 124 capsules filled with drugs from his stomach weighing 980 grams total. ANF intercepted and searched the accused on suspicion that he was trying to smuggle narcotics substance. A case has been registered against the accused under the Anti-Narcotics Act, told ANF officials.

Couple killed for honour

ISLAMABAD: A couple was killed allegedly in the name of honour in the federal capital on late Wednesday night.
The incident took place in Sangjani police precincts. According to police, the deceased couple belonged to Kohistan. Nisar took Karachi resident women to the federal capital where they tied the knot, said the lawmen adding that the bodies have been handed over to relatives.
