Karachi: Former Australian spinner Brad Hogg has hilariously revealed that Pakistan T20I captain Babar Azam is a better player than World number one Test batsman and his fellow Australian Steve Smith.
The 49-year-old while interacting in a question and answer session with his followers on Twitter said that he has not dismissed Babar but have got Steve out.
“Who is best? Sir… Babar or smith,” a fan asked. “Babar, haven’t got him out yet,” Hogg replied comically.
But in another question, a fan asked who is better in between Babar and Indian batsman KL Rahul, on which he replied number one T20I batsman as the best.
It must be noted that on Twitter, fans have always compared Babar with all the other top cricketers like Virat Kohli, Joe Root, and Kane Williamson as Pakistan’s top batsman has emerged as one of the only batsmen to be in the top five batsmen rankings in all three formats.
