ISLAMABAD: PS Kirpa and Homicide Unit Koral circle team has arrested an accused involved in murder case.
According to details, on 24th March 2023 Kirpa police station received an application from a citizen namely Habib Ur Rehman who stated that he along with his sons namely Umar and Sufyan were going for fajr prayer, suddenly three accused namely Izzat Khan, Shams ul Haq and one another unidentified person attacked my son Umar through dagger due to which he got injured afterwards the accused fled from the crime scene.
I shifted my son to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries and died. Upon receiving the application, the Kirpa Police team registered a FIR no. 145/23. Following this incident, a special investigation team was constituted. The police team utilized all available resources and used technical and scientific methods and arrested the main accused namely Shams Ul Haq while further investigation is underway.
