ISLAMABAD: PS Shalimar team arrested two wanted members of a house burglar gang including a lady, involved in house burglar activities and recovered foreign currency and mobile phone worth Rs 0.8 million from their possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directions, a Shalimar police station team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending two wanted members of a house burglar gang including a woman involved in numerous house burglar activities. The accused were identified as Faisal and Allah Rakhi.
Police team also recovered stolen foreign currency and mobile phone worth Rs 0.8 million from their possession. Case has been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
10 arrested, drugs
& arms recovered
ISLAMABAD: Capital Cops apprehended 10 outlaws from different areas of the city and recovered drugs and weapons with ammunition from their possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad Capital Police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directives, the Tarnol police team arrested an accused namely Kareem Ullah and recovered 1320 gram heroin from his possession. Likewise, the Sangjani Police team arrested an accused namely Muhammad Aftab and recovered one 30 bore pistol from his possession, while the police team also arrested an accused namely Muhammad Mumtaz involved in illegally selling diesel.
Similarly, the Khanna police team arrested four accused namely Ahmed Ali, Umaid, Ashkar Khalid and Marhaba and recovered two 30 bore pistols with ammunition and 2115 gram heroin from their possession. The Lohi Bher police team arrested an accused namely Shahdab Ali and Raheel Khan and recovered 1048 gram heroin from their possession.
Moreover, the Industrial Area police team arrested an accused namely Asad Ullah and recovered one 30 bore pistol with ammunition from his possession. Cases have been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
