ISLAMABAD: Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) of Capita Cops busted a house maid involved in looting various houses through employing her accomplices as maids at various homes.
According to details, IGP Islamabad Muhammad Aamir Zulfiqar Khan issued directions for effective crackdown against those involved in various criminal activities. DIG Operations Waqar-ud-Din Syed also gave task to all Zonal heads to ensure arrest of anti-social elements. In pursuance of these directions, SP Investigation Malik Naeem Iqabl constituted a team under supervision of DSP CIA Hakim Khan including Sub-Inspector Mustaiq Butt, ASI Zulfqar Ali and others to ensure arrest of those involved in ransacking houses.
The given team worked hard and succeeded to arrest a female involved in looting various houses along with her accomplices. The nabbed accused has been identified as Sherbanoo R/O district Hafizabad while the cops recovered stolen gold ornaments worth Rs. 6, 25000, from her.
Moreover, during preliminary investigation, she confessed of ransacking various houses in various areas of PS Khanna and PS Women. Cops are further hopeful of getting more information from the accused. DIG Operations Waqar-ud-Din Syed has appreciated the performance of CIA police team while announcing cash prizes and commendation certificates for the policemen.
