ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Capital City Police Officer (ICCPO) Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan distributed commendation certificates and cash prizes among 114 officers and officials who showed outstanding performance in the operation division during the year 2023.
In this regard, a ceremony was held at Police Lines Headquarters Islamabad, which was attended by ICCPO Dr Akbar Nasir Khan as the chief guest, while CPO Law and Order, AIG Logistics, AIG General, AIG Establishment, SSP Operations, DPOs, SDPOs and other officials.
ICCPO awarded certificates of appreciation and cash rewards to SDPOs, in-charge police stations, investigating officers and officials for solving cases on merit, conducting the best investigations and ensuring the recovery of stolen goods during 2023.
ICCPO appreciated the officers and officials posted in Operation Division and Investigation Wing for performing their duties efficiently.
He further said that bravery, civility and transparency should be the distinguishing marks of Islamabad Capital Police.
All officers should perform their duties with the same zeal and bravery.
You all are part of an excellent police force. Your every work is highlighted at national and international level, he added. On the occasion, the officials described the acquisition of commendation certificates and prizes as commendable.
