ISLAMABAD: According to details, following the special directives of Federal Minister of Interior, Sarfraz Bugti, the Islamabad Capital Police have introduced the ICT-15 mobile application to ensure the safety of citizens.
Islamabad Capital City Police Officer (ICCPO) Dr. Akbar Naseer Khan said that through this mobile application, citizens can report any illegal activity. Using this app, citizens can provide information to Islamabad Capital Police about illegally residing foreigners and criminals involved in unlawful activities in the federal capital.
Citizens can also inform the police about any incident through audio messages or images. Upon receiving information on ICT-15, the police can reach the location in the shortest possible time to provide assistance. Citizens can also file complaints regarding the police through this app.
He further emphasized that this application will prove to be a valuable tool in assisting the police with public cooperation. With the help of citizens, the police can effectively combat and eradicate crimes.
