ISLAMABD: IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi presided over an important meeting on various ongoing development projects for citizens convenience and police welfare at the Central Police Office Islamabad.
The meeting was attended by AIG Development Abdul Haq Umrani and other senior police officers. During the meeting, IG Islamabad reviewed the performance of Islamabad Police development projects.
Senior police officers provided a detailed briefing on the ongoing development projects and the welfare measures being taken for police officers. On the occasion, IG Islamabad directed the officers to complete development projects in a professional manner and on time and emphasized ensuring all possible measures for the welfare of police officers.
He said that the completion of these projects would enhance the operational capacity of Islamabad Police enabling officers to perform effective policing and administrative tasks in a more efficient manner.
He also mentioned that equipping Islamabad Police with modern infrastructure and cutting edge equipment is among the top priorities.
Earlier, IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi presided over a meeting at the Central Police Office with investigation wing officers.
The meeting was attended by SSP Investigation Muhammad Arslan Shahzaib, investigation teams and other senior officers.
