ISLAMABAD: IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, chaired an important meeting regarding law and order in the federal capital. The meeting was attended by SSP Operations Qazi Ali Raza and SP Security & Administration Suleman Zafar.
On this occasion, the IGP Islamabad reviewed the law and order situation in the federal capital and the ongoing measures for crime prevention. Discussions were also held on the security of sensitive locations and important public centers, effective operational planning, discipline within the police force, and improving the performance standards of officers.
He issued special instructions to strengthen and integrate the intelligence-sharing system for timely identification of and response to suspicious activities. The IGP Islamabad directed officers to utilize all available resources to ensure effective action against criminal elements.
He emphasized that the presence of police officers should provide a sense of security to citizens and serve as a deterrent for criminals. He further stated that the protection of the lives and property of citizens is our top priority.
