ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday scheduled the petitions for tomorrow seeking formation of judicial commission to probe the murder of TV anchor Arshad Sharif.
As per the registrar office’s cause-list, Justice Raja Inaam Ameen Minhas would take up the case on Tuesday filed by senior anchor Hamid Mir. The petitions of Judicial Activism and wife of Arshad Sharif would also be heard on the same day.
It may be mentioned here that previously IHC’s former chief justice Aamer Farooq had reserved its verdict on the petitions.–Agencies
