Media exposed the Indian conspiracy theory behind Balakot attack on February 26, 2019. The fact came to lamplight due to revelation of WhatsApp chat between Pro-Modi Republican TV anchor Arnab Goswami and former Head of India’s Broadcast Audience Research Council (BRAC) Mr. Partho Dasgupta. According to Indian media, the purported chat is mentioned in a transcript that is part of a 3,400-page supplementary charge sheet filed by the Mumbai Police in their investigation into the alleged Television Ratings Point scam. Mr. Partho Dasgupta is accused in TRP case along with two other persons including Vikas Khanchandani, CEO of Republic TV and BARC CCO Romil Ramgarhia. On Feb 23, 2019, Goswami revealed in a conservation that ‘something big will happen’ and three days later, the IAF fighter jets carried out a strike in Pakistan, bringing the two countries on the edge of a full-fledged war. The two men was in the opinion that the strikes were conducted to boost ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) popularity ahead of the national elections. Later proved by the sequence of events, the purpose of escalation of tension between India and Pakistan based on a false flag operation in Pulwama was to achieve political popularity in the Indian masses to achieve victory in the forthcoming election. The Indian election was planned in April-May 2019. Modi government was worried by the election campaign being run by Rahul Ghandi, and Indian National Congress. BJP government launched a defamation campaign against Congress on social media by using Non-resident Indians abroad in USA and Europe. The Indian government staged the Pulwama attack and put the blame on Pakistan in hours and created war hysteria through their puppet journalists like Arnab Goswami and others. After the strike, Indian Government and media claimed the destruction of the militant’s camp and killing over 300 militants in the air strike. Later, a San Francisco-based private satellite firm Plant Labs Inc. produced high resolution images of the so-called training complex of the Militant, all the 6 buildings were quite safe without any physical damage, debris or any other items supporting Indian claims. IAF, Chief Air Marshal BS Dhanoa told the media that IAF do not in a position to clarify how many people were inside. We don’t count human casualties. We count what targets we have hit or not hit. And the truth is very clear to the world the IAF couldn’t hit the target and damaged a dozens of trees in the forest. The Indian general election was held in seven phases from 11 April to 19 May 2019 to constitute the 17th Lok Sabha. The Pulwama incident happen on 14 February 2019, just less than two months before General Election. The history showed that Modi government had took almost 180 degree opposite approach as compare to its predecessors particularly in foreign policy and National security domain.
Modi left the policy of non-alignment and practically entered the India into Western Camp led by America against China, the first door neighbour of India. Modi agreed to play the role of front line state against China and agreed to provide logistics and material support to US military in the any hour of needs by signing the three foundational agreements including Basic Exchange and Cooperation Agreement (BECA), Logistics Exchange Memorandum of Agreement (LEMOA) and Communications Compatibility and Security Agreement (COMCASA) with the United States. Modi intoxicated the Indian society with supremacist ideology and ultranationalist sentiments. It was also being accused by the opposition for nontransparent purchase deal of Rafale aircrafts. Opposition leader Rahul Ghandi was criticizing the Modi Polices in Elections rallies very bluntly and getting too much popularity in the public.
Modi was afraid of aggressive campaign by the Congress Party so, he sought to initiate tension on Pakistan border to get sympathy and support of the masses. The Pulwama attack was staged by the Indian Intelligence under supervision of Ajeet Doval. And this is the only reason, that the “strikes will be bigger than normal” as quoted by the Arnab Goswami. After the so-called strikes, Goswami led Indian media created war hysteria in Indian nation which ultimately endup in the shape of Modi victory in general elections.
