While India is going adamant and hostile as usual, expecting everybody around the world to believe it’s clearly exposed terror drama episode which actually came as a sequel to their flopped Pulwama terror show a few years back, they have actually become more despicable in the eyes of even their own people, setting apart the global community as the outrageous bid to escape from the noose that was tightening around Indian intelligence agency RAW and the government at New Delhi has miserably failed because of being too obvious and over scripted, decode the investigations, carried out by The Daily Mail.
These investigations reveal that Indian government at New Delhi was very perturbed due to the recent global developments regarding Indian government’s intelligence tools going wild across the globe with highly objectionable and completely illegal operations on the soils of different countries, including Canada, the United States, Germany, the UK, Australia and many more and Delhi saw global noose tightening around it very rapidly. These investigations further indicate that the recent recommendations of the US Commission for International Religious Freedom USCIRF for US sanctions against India’s top intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing, commonly known as RAW was among the top talking points of US Vice President JD Vance on his official visit to India. Furthermore, US already pressing hard on India to handover wanted criminals in a conspiracy to kill a US citizen of Sikh religion, Canada expelling some half a dozen top Indian diplomats, Australia expelling tow RAW officials and British as well as European authorities declaring rising Hindutva network in collaboration with RAW for its anti-Muslim violence in UK and Europe and close allies like Qatar in the Arab world again and again arresting Indians with RAW links for espionage were the main factors that had made the nights of top Indian officials and politicians sleepless as they were feeling the noose tightening around them with every passing day and they very desperately needed an escape route to get away with these outcomes and present a scapegoat to play the ‘Traditional Victim Card” to come out clean of all the chaos it was continuously creating all over the globe.
The Daily Mail’s investigations indicate that the recent report from a U.S. government panel raised serious concerns about the condition of religious minorities in India. The report stated that discrimination and attacks on minorities have increased, and it strongly recommended sanctions against India’s external intelligence agency (R&AW) for its involvement in assassination plots. The U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) also said that the treatment of religious minorities in India had worsened over the past year. The report highlighted that minorities, especially Muslims and Christians, were facing rising discrimination. It also pointed out that controversial laws and policies had contributed to religious divisions. The panel observed that hateful speech against minorities is often used in political campaigns across India. It also highlighted concerns over a citizenship law that has been criticized for favoring one religious group over others. Additionally, the report mentioned laws that make it harder for people to convert to a different religion. Similarly,
a confidential police intelligence report revealed last month that British Hindu extremists were forging alliances with far-right groups over their shared anti-Muslim sentiments. The report, compiled by the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC) warns that the rise of Hindutva ideology in the UK could escalate tensions between religious communities.
The NPCC document highlighted concerns that Hindu extremists, influenced by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s hardline policies, may be interfering in British elections by urging Hindu voters to support specific political parties. The report also states that some European far-right terrorists have been inspired by Hindutva ideology, referencing Norwegian mass murderer Anders Breivik, who cited Indian extremist groups such as the RSS and Modi’s BJP in his manifesto.
According to the report, Hindu extremist elements in Britain were actively engaging with right-wing figures like Tommy Robinson, who has met with certain Hindu groups to promote anti-Muslim campaigns. His association with these groups was reportedly welcomed by segments of the British Hindu community and even received favorable coverage in Indian media.
The study warned that this alliance could further deteriorate relations between Hindus, Muslims, and Sikhs in the UK, exacerbating tensions that have persisted since the violent unrest in Leicester in 2022. The NPCC findings follow a recent Home Office review that officially classified Hindutva as an “extremism of concern” for the first time.
The report further noted that the Hindutva slogan “Jai Shri Ram” is increasingly being used as a tool for religious intimidation in Britain, particularly against Muslim and Sikh communities. While moderate Hindus have distanced themselves from extremist elements, there is growing concern over how Hindutva ideology is being used to push a supremacist agenda.
In a similar development, Australia’s domestic Intelligence agency ASIO had earlier announced of having busted a “Nest of Spies” and subsequently Australian government reportedly expelled 2 RAW undercover officers from Australia. The Australian Broadcasting Corporation subsequently reported that the incident had seen “a number” of Indian officials being removed from Australia by the Morrison government. While the US newspaper The Washington Post detailed that German police had made arrests in operations to “root out” RAW agents within local Sikh communities, and that the UK’s MI5 security agency had warned India after RAW surveillance of England’s Sikh population. The newspaper also reported that the expulsion of RAW agents had been the subject of warnings from the Asio Director General, Mike Burgess.
And similarly, last month, on 25th of March 2025, Vanessa Lloyd, the Deputy Director of operations at the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) said that “hostile state actors” were increasingly leveraging artificial intelligence to meddle in the polls, which were announced by the new Canadian Prime Minister, Mark Carney. “We have also seen that the government of India has the intent and capability to interfere in Canadian communities and democratic processes,” she was quoted as saying by international media. Another media report, cited a “source with top-secret clearance” as saying that “agents” of India and their proxies allegedly meddled in the 2022 election of Pierre Poilievre as Conservative Party leader. At the same time, India’s close ally in Arab world, Qatar, who had earlier arrested six Indian Navy officials with RAW links for heavy espionage charges, arrested another Indian last month with RAW links. This time the suspect arrested was an IT executive and living in Qatar for over a decade.
The Daily Mail’s investigations reveal that these were tha background development that were constantly putting Indian PM Modi and his close aides on toes and they were looking for a desperate attempt to put heavy dust on these all facts and come out as terror victim. While perhaps this all was not enough, the Annual report of global Terror Monitor surfaced and it showed Pakistan on the 2nd spot of terror victim nations while India was placed at number 14 on the list of 164 countries, revealing to the world that It was Pakistan that was receiving maximum of terror from different sources while India was having a fair position in comparison to New Delhi’s hue and cry over being top terror victim. The Daily Mail’s investigations say that this was the time when India decided to go for something big to get away with what was going on about them and that was when the Pahalgam Operation was orchestrated, keeping in view the pre scheduled dates of US Vice President’s India visit and Modi’s Saudi Arabia trip, to have two ‘sort of’ Witnesses and just when all global media focus would be shifted towards India.
However, these investigations, while decoding the reason behind staging of Pahalgam terror drama, reveal that due to one reason or the other, there were many flaws in the script that went unchecked due to over confidence of the orchestrators or due to lack of time etc. Though the timing was perfect, yet the script was very bogus and everything started becoming too obvious. First, within three minutes of occurrence, Indian social media and mainstream media both started accusing Pakistan. Second, since it was meant to be scripted for playing religious card to get rid of anti-Muslim and anti-minorities tags, a spice of religious factor was totally unnecessarily added and it was was claimed that the terrorists killed people only after checking their religious identities, a spice which was totally uncalled for and which once again made the whole episode very outrageous as never ever such thing had happen before. Similarly, abrupt announcement of drastic measures like closure of Border Crossing Point, suspending decades old Water treaty and decreasing diplomatic ties to the minimum possible levels and that too within just a few hours of a terror incident which was not even the levels of preliminary probe at that time whereas in such cases, such decisions are taken after days of discussions at the Cabinet level etc, it clearly proved that it was all premeditated and was just awaiting the eventuality to take place to be followed by the pre decided announcement.
