Iranian Foreign Minister said negotiations between Tehran and Washington will begin on the same day that a memorandum of understanding (MoU) is signed between the two countries.
The minister said the initial phase of engagement would be followed by a further 60 days of negotiations aimed at reaching a comprehensive and final agreement between Iran and the United States, which will include nuclear issue and lifting of sanctions. –Agencies
