Ishrat removed from Secretary Overseas post

ISLAMABAD: Zulfiqar Haider, a grade-22 officer, on Wednesday replaced Ishrat Ali as Secretary Overseas Pakistanis Division. Earlier, Ishrat had been removed from his post and directed to report to the Establishment Division.
Zulfiqar was previously serving as special secretary Petroleum Division. The Establishment Division has issued notifications in this regard. –Agencies

The PBC Director Administration, Intisar Ahmad Sulehry briefed the probationary officers about different wings of Radio Pakistan and the working of the organization.

Strategic roadmap needed to produce green hydrogen

ISLAMABAD: The government is urged to devise an integrated policy framework to make use of green hydrogen in order to overcome the energy shortfall, minimize reliance on imported fuels and realize its commitment to producing greener sources of energy.
Green hydrogen depends on availability of pure water and renewable energy. According to the International Energy Agency (IEA), hydrogen will play an important role in the global energy transition. –INP
