Kamal bashes provincial, federal govts over failure to address nation’s woes

KARACHI: Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) Chairman Mustafa Kamal on
Monday bashed the provincial and federal governments over their failure to
address the issues of people.

While holding a press conference here, the PSP chief said that both
government and opposition are busy in conspiring against each other.
Pakistan has been mortgaged before the International Monetary Fund (IMF), he
added.

Mustafa Kamal further alleged Sindh government of working against the
sovereignty of Pakistan.

Earlier, Mustafa Kamal had complained the government on being unheard.

Referring to the lack of provision of human rights to people of Thar, he
said that government was merely working to facilitate public of bigger
cities and negating the rights of people living in areas such as Thar.

He protested against the Sindh Local Government (Amendment) Bill- 2021 and
mentioned that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) is working against the progress
of country. In past, Karachi was made hub of various internal disputes, he
added.

SP chief said, “Provincial government has taken away powers from local
government through amendment in local government bill.” -Agencies
