ISLAMABAD: Noor Agha alias Sher Muhammad; kingpin of car lifter gang called Noor Agha Gang, after car lifting activity, was killed at G-11/3 through police encounter. Two of his accomplices Kareem and Akhtar fled from the scene.
Noor Agha Gang belongs to Afghanistan and the culprits flee to their native country after car lifting activities.
