Karachi: From Mohammad Amir to Imad Wasim and Babar Azam, all Karachi Kings and Lahore Qalanders’ players expect their fans to cheer for them from home in PSL 5 final today.
In individual video messages, Amir, Imad, Babar, Sharjeel Khan, Umer Khan, Arshad Iqbal, Awais Zia asked fans to support them from homes as they are their strength.
It must be noted here that Karachi Kings and Lahore Qalandars will play a PSL final for the first-time in history. The match will start at 8 pm tomorrow at National Stadium. Meanwhile, A contest before the mega PSL 5 final, skippers of both Karachi Kings and Lahore Qalandars – Imad Wasim and Sohail Akhtar locked horns in darts.
On a lighter note, both captains faced each other in darts which Imad won by the scores of 28-24. Both the captains congratulated each other for reaching the final and also wished for an exciting contest.
It must be noted here that Kings beat Multan Sultans in Super Over Qualifier to qualify for PSL final for the first time ever. Whereas, Lahore Qalandars defeated Peshawar Zalmi in first Eliminator and Sultans in second Eliminator to accomplish this milestone.
The final will be played here at National Stadium tomorrow and slated to start at 8 pm.
