PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Advisor Barrister Saif has berated the Punjab government for poor health infrastructure, saying incompetent government has ruined and destroyed the oldest hospital, Mayo Hospital Lahore.
In his statement, he highlighted the poor administration of the hospital, the medicines, surgery, ENT, peads, and TB wards had been closed for months.
The hospital was facing shortage of medicine, medical equipment, and diagnosis facilities. There was no facility of air conditions, patients were compelled to bring fans from homes, he claimed.
Barrister Saif lambasted the incumbent government, “mandate-stolen government is busy in making TikTok day and night.” Form-47 government has no concern about the public and it has no competency in public service, he added. The KP information advisor stated that the incumbent government didn’t care about public hospitals as they would go to London as usual for their medical treatments.
Earlier, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) lawmaker and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Information Advisor, Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif, declared on Monday that the so-called “London Plan” is in shambles, urging the public to monitor those attempting to flee closely. The PTI leader criticised the coalition government set-up, stating that the court ministers are attempting to sustain their regime through successive press conferences.
“PM Shehbaz and Maryam Nawaz are futilely trying to hold onto their fake empire by its tail. All they have left is the tail; the rest of the empire has slipped from their hands,” said Barrister Saif.
He reiterated that the “London Plan” has been thoroughly dismantled, urging the public to keep a special watch on those fleeing to London. “This time, excuses about falling platelets won’t work,” he asserted. “The foundations of the fake empire have been shaken only by the decision regarding reserved seats. The election tribunal’s decisions are still pending,” Saif added.
Earlier, on June 26, PTI Information Secretary Raoof Hassan alleged that a concerted effort is underway to keep PTI founder Imran Khan in jail, suggesting it is part of a broader “London Plan.” Hassan highlighted statements made by Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah, who allegedly said that all means would be employed to keep Imran Khan incarcerated.
Barrister Saif further mentioned that the tribunal’s fair decisions will expose the whole truth about Form 47. “The foundations of the government built on Form 47 are so weak that they couldn’t even support the fake empire for a few months,” he concluded.
Earlier, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Advisor Barrister Saif said on Friday that the government had abrogated the Constitution by amending the Election Act. Speaking at a news conference here on Friday, Barrister Saif lashed out at the government by saying that the government was snatching the rights of millions of Pakistanis.
The CM advisor said that the process of legislation should be followed according to the Constitution, adding that firstly the election was rigged to the hilt and then a controversial Election Amendment Act was passed from the National Assembly and the Senate without keeping in view how much it would impact Pakistan in future. –Agencies
