-Gold ornaments, Rs.9.6m cash recovered

ISLAMABAD: Capital Cops’ PS Lohibher caught a lady, involved in looting a house and recovered gold ornaments and cash from her.
According to details, IGP Islamabad Muhammad Aamir Zulfiqar Khan issued directions for effective crackdown against those involved in various criminal activities. DIG Operations Waqar-ud-Din Syed also gave task to all Zonal Heads, for ensuring arrest of anti-social elements. In pursuance of these directions, SP Rural Farooq Amjad Butar constituted a team under the supervision of DSP Rukhsar Medhi including SHO Si Shahid Zaman, ASI Irfan Abbas and others, of ensuring arrest of those involved in ransacking houses. The team worked hard and succeeded in busting a lady namely Iqra Marium, involved in looting a house. Cops also recovered stolen gold ornaments and Rs. 9.6 million in cash while more recovery is expected from her.
