ISLAMABAD: Shams colony police team has arrested a woman member of a car lifting gang and recovered two stolen cars, car lifting tools and weapon from her possession.
Following the special directions of DIG Operations Syed Shehzad Nadeem Bukhari, the Islamabad Capital Police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directions, the Shams Colony police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending a woman member of a car lifter gang and recovered two stolen cars, car lifting tools and weapon used in crime from her possession.
The woman accused was identified as Shaheen Bibi. Moreover, the arrest of other accomplices of the accused is underway. Numerous cases have already been registered against the accused, and further investigation is underway.
