ISLAMABAD: PS Tarnol team has apprehended a landgrabber during an operation against land grabbing mafias and recovered weapons with ammunition from his possession. Following the special directions of Islamabad Capital City Police Officer (ICCPO) Dr Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad Capital Police has initiated a grand operation against land grabbers in the federal capital in order to eliminate this menace.
Following these directions the Tarnol police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending an accused involved in illegal occupation of citizen’s lands and harassment activities.
The accused was identified as Wali khan. Police team also recovered weapons with ammunition from his possession. Cases have been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
