ISLAMABAD: citizen approached Shams Colony police station with a complaint stating that the accused Gulab Shah had unlawfully killed Fahad and Shabbir Shah by firing at them with a firearm. The complainant requested legal action against the accused.
Upon receiving the complaint, Shams Colony police station registered case number 585 on 28.12.24 under sections 302/324/427 PPC and initiated the investigation.
In this regard, Shams Colony and the Homicide Unit police team using modern technical and scientific methods of investigation arrested the accused Gulab Shah involved in this grave crime.
Following the accused disclosure and identification of the murder weapon a 9mm pistol was recovered. Additionally, a case has been registered against the accused and further investigation is underway.
