ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police is conducting a large-scale crackdown to arrest individuals involved in motorcycle theft incidents and to curb criminal activities in the federal capital.
As part of this operation, the Noon police team, utilizing advanced technical and human intelligence resources, successfully arrested a key member of an organized gang involved in several motorcycle thefts activities.
The arrested accused was identified as Shehryar alias Sherry. Police team also recovered six stolen motorcycles, along with weapons and ammunition used in the crimes from his possession.
Multiple criminal cases have been registered against him. During the initial investigation, the accused confessed to committing several thefts in the areas under the jurisdiction of Noon police station and nearby localities. Further investigation is underway.
