Manchester: The Manchester City Club has offered Etihad Stadium to help the United Kingdom (UK)’s government fight with an emergency situation in the country due to coronavirus outbreak.
According to the details, the stadium will be handed over to the National Health Service (NHS) next week. It can be utilized to facilitate patients, doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff.
On the other hand, the players have also donated in Coronavirus Relief Fund to help UK fight with this widely-spread deadly virus.
It must be noted here that the entire world is suffering through coronavirus. Several countries have locked down their cities completely to avoid further spread of this disease. Popular sports events around the world have also been postponed for an indefinite period. – Agencies
