ISLAMABAD: A meeting was held between CGSS Management and Embassy of Egypt, Islamabad, here this Monday. During the meeting, Major General Syed Khalid Amir Jaffery HI(M), (Retd), President CGSS and His Excellency Tarek Dahroug, Ambassador of Egypt to Pakistan discussed the future prospects for collaborations.
Various avenues of mutual interests were brought under discussion and it was decided that CGSS and Embassy of Egypt, Islamabad will jointly work in the areas of common interest, Furthermore, CGSS and Think Tanks of Egypt will collaborate to promote joint research projects.
Following members were also present during the meeting: Lt Col Khalid Taimur Akram (Retd), Executive Director, CGSS; Amr Nasreldin, First Secretary, Embassy of Egypt, Islamabad; Ahmed Yousry, Second Secretary, Embassy of Egypt, Islamabad; Ms. Minahil Shawal Afridi, Research Assistant CGSS and Ms. Palwasha Nawaz, Project Executive, CGSS.
