ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police Industrial Area station and Homicide Unit teams have arrested an accused involved in blind murder case and recovered murder tool, and valuables of the deceased from his possession.
Industrial Area police team recovered the unidentified dead body in its jurisdiction. Later the body was identified as Adil Shahzad.
Following this incident, DIG Islamabad Syed Ali Raza directed the officials to ensure the arrest of the accused involved in it. A special police team was constituted and headed by SSP Investigation.
The police team worked hard, investigated the case by using modern investigation techniques and succeeded in arresting the accused. The accused was identified as Asad Ali. Police team also recovered murder tool, and valuables including mobile phone, ATM and registration book of the deceased from his possession, while further investigation is underway.
