Nadir Ali is a brilliant YouTuber who often makes headlines because of his controversial cross questioning and personal queries with his guests. Recently, his podcast with Sunita Marshall made rounds on social media because of his personal question with the ace actor regarding her religion and converting to Islam.
Well, Nadir Ali asked to Sunita, “do you have any plans to accept Islam as your religion?” To which Sunita calmly said, “No, I don’t have any plans to convert. I don’t have any pressure from my in-laws as well”.
Recently, the YouTuber has issued an apology on his official YouTube account in which he has clarified his intentions of asking such a personal question. Nadir Ali’s apology reads, “My intentions during the podcast with Sunita Marshall were not to hurt her or anyone’s feelings at all. It was just out of curiosity that i asked her about her plans of conversion to Islam! Religion is a personal choice and I respect people of all beliefs. It is my wish and the wish of 1.9 billion muslims to see people come to islam but of course with their own choice! If still my words have hurt the feelings of any one, I APOLOGIZE! NADIR ALI”.
Fans have also expressed their views, one social media user wrote, “You didn’t ask anything wrong, we are with you and you are a very very humble person big respect”. Another social media user wrote, “I request all my Muslim friends to study about Competitive Religions to preach Islam in all over the world.” Another fan wrote, “You have a tendency to take out the negativity and explore your guests weaknesses if any. It’s not the first time. I repeatedly notice it in your interviews. Respecting others is very important.”
