ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday declared the appointment of National Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (NECA) Director SMO Sabih Haider as illegal.
Justice Babar Sattar, while delivering a 25-page reserved judgment, directed to send the copy of judgment to NECA Board Chairman Owais Leghari and identify those responsible for the illegal gazette notification. –Agencies
