ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police Lohi Bher police team has arrested four members of an organized criminal gang involved in looting citizens and shops at gunpoint. The accused known for their sharpshooting tactics were apprehended following a targeted operation using technical and human intelligence.
The arrested individuals have been identified as Hasnain, Ehtesham, Zeeshan and Umair. The police team also recovered stolen cash, mobile phones, watches and a DVR collectively worth Rs. 1.65 million.
Additionally, the motorcycle and weapons with ammunition used in the robberies were also seized from their possession. During the preliminary investigation, the accused confessed to committing multiple armed robberies in the Lohi Bher area. Multiple FIRs have been registered against them, and further investigation is underway.
