Islamabad: Pakistan beat Slovenia in singles and doubles of Davis Cup World Group II Playoffs on Monday.
Pakistani contestants Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi and Aqeel Khan defeated their counterparts in singles and doubles contests at home turf. They both then defeated Slovenia in doubles encounter.
It must be noted here that Pakistan has marked a record of being the only team to defeat any European Team in Davis Cup History.
