Pakistan Cricket team will play 1st inter-squad practice match today

Worcestershire: Pakistan cricket team will rest today, however, will play first of the two inter-squad matches tomorrow.
Pakistan team is currently in a ‘Bio-secure’ environment in Worcester. The national team took part in training, gym and physical training from Tuesday till Friday.
“As far as the matches are concerned, we will pair them and try to give them one session. A set of five bowlers will be assigned to bowl 90 overs each day. We will then make two teams that will play against each other and will play four-day matches in the same way,” head coach Misbah said.
Pakistan’s second group comprised of six players has also reached England to join national squad for the upcoming three Tests and as many T20Is.
Mohammad Hafeez, Wahab Riaz, Mohammad Husnain, Fakhar Zaman, Mohammad Rizwan, and Shadab Khan, who had tested negative twice after first COVID-19 positive result, are a part of the newly arrived group and will join the team once they pass their virus Tests.
On the other, hand Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has called three more cricketers, Haider Ali, Imran Khan SR, and Kashif Bhatti in Lahore.
Haider, Kashif, and Imran had tested negative after two consecutive positive results. Fast bowler, Haris Rauf had tested COVID-19 positive for the third time in a row.
