Pakistan keen to enhance trade relations with Bahrain, says Asad

ISLAMABAD: Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser has highly values its bilateral relations with Bahrain and both countries enjoy best parliamentary relations.
Speaking during a meeting with Ambassador of Bahrain Mohamed Ebrahim Mohamed Abdulqader who called him in Islamabad on Thursday, he said that Pakistan was keen to further enhance trade ties with as the bilateral trade scope is less than available business opportunities. Asad Qaiser stressed that chambers of commerce of both countries need to strengthen mutual cooperation to boost the range of trade.
He expressed his hope that the expected visit of the Bahraini Counterpart to Pakistan would lead to further improve parliamentary relations between the two countries. Speaker Asad Qaiser said that Pakistan is blessed with a large number of skilled manpower and Bahrain can get benefit from this work force.
Bahraini Ambassador Mohamed Ebrahim Mohamed Abdulqader on the occasion said that his country wants to expand bilateral ties with Islamabad promoting trade and people to people contact. He said Pakistani diaspora, living in Bahrain is playing vital role in the development process of the homeland and his country is taking deep interest to import more workforces from Pakistan. The Bahraini Envoy also appreciated Pakistan’s role in establishing peace and stability in the region.
