CANBERRA: The High Commission for Pakistan on Thursday organized a virtual meeting between senior Officials of Ministry of National Health Services Regulation and Coordination (NHSR&C) of Pakistan and the Australian Government Department of Health, and Commonwealth Scientific &Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO), according to a press release.
In the context of extraordinary challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, both sides discussed ways and means to enhance cooperation in this regard.
They sharedtheir national experiences in combating the pandemic and measures taken by the respective governments for the protection of people. Both countries explored collaboration avenues for development, production and testing of Covid-19 vaccine.–PR
