Physical tests for police recruitments begin

ISLAMABAD: Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the Islamabad Police started the physical tests for executive staff recruitment, a public relations officer said.

The physical tests were conducted for candidates at recruitment centers in the federal capital Islamabad, Multan, and Quetta. The physical testing phase was completed under the supervision of DG Safe City Malik Jameel Zafar, AIG Establishment Abdul Haq Umrani, SSP Security Zeeshan Haider, SSP Traffic Mohammad Sarfraz Virk, and other senior police officers at these centers.
IGP Islamabad also visited the physical test center established at F-9 Park and Police Lines Headquarters in Islamabad. He reviewed the arrangements and facilities provided for the aspirants at the recruitment centers.

He emphasized that the recruitment process must uphold transparency and merit to safeguard the rights of all candidates, ensuring a 100% merit-based completion of recruitment.
He directed the police officers to treat all aspiring candidates with respect, provide necessary facilities, and ensure transparency and merit.
To maintain transparency at the recruitment centers, all processes were monitored through Safe City cameras, smart cars, and video recordings. Facilities such as water, shade, and fans were also arranged for the convenience of candidates.
