BEIJING: The Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) will send contestants to the International Army Games 2020 to be held in Russia from Aug. 23 to Sept. 5, a military spokesperson said Thursday.
The Chinese contestants will be sent by the PLA Army and Air Force, and will participate in competitions including the tank biathlon and scouting competition, said Ren Guoqiang, spokesperson for the Ministry of National Defense, at a press conference. – Agencies
