PM commends security forces for safely rescuing students of Cadet College, Wana

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday commended the officers and soldiers of the Pakistan armed forces for safely rescuing majority of students during an ongoing operation against the Khawarij terrorists who attacked the Cadet College, Wana.

The prime minister, in a statement issued by the PM Office, said that, owing to the professional capabilities of the brave soldiers of the Pakistan Army, the students were being safely rescued.

“The entire nation, including myself, is praying for the safe rescue of all students and the success of the Pakistan Army in the operation,” the prime minister stated.

He said that the officers and soldiers of the Pakistan Army were foiling the nefarious designs of the Khawarij terrorists.

The prime minister said that the entire nation, including himself paid tribute to the officers and soldiers of the Pakistan armed forces participating in the operation.
