Protest rally highlights Indian aggression

RAWALPINDI: Punjab Council of the Arts, Rawalpindi held a protest rally against Indian aggression in Kashmir in connection with Solidarity Day for Kashmir here on Tuesday. Renowned religious scholar Dr Zafar Iqbal Jalali and Director PUCAR Waqar Ahmed led the rally which was started from PUCAR and ended at Murree Road. The participants of the rally were carrying banners and play card and chanted slogan against India. Addressing the rally, Director RAC Waqar Ahmed said that Kashmir is only for Kashmiri people and Indian aggression would not be accepted at any cost. Dr Zafar Iqbal Jalali said that it was lamented over the complete silence of the world on Indian atrocities. The participants of rally also visited the exhibition arranged by the Council based on Indian atrocities on innocent people of Kashmir. The exhibition has been organized to highlight the Kashmir issue and raise awareness about the human rights violations and brutalities being committed by Indian forces in occupied Kashmir.
