FAISALABAD: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) Engr. Bashir Ahmed has declared the Peoples’ Colony Division as model Division of FESCO region and said that provision of excellent services to the consumers is top priority of FESCO, he was presiding over a meeting at Peoples’ Colony Division.
He directed the FESCO officers and officials that consumers’ service should be their motto.
He said addingthat the process for installation of new transformers, change of rotten electricity poles, two phase transformers, D-Fitting set & bus bar is continued all over the FESCO region for the improvement of the distribution system, which is emerging with significant results.
In view of that Peoples Colony Division is consisting upon the posh areas of the Faisalabad city he declared Peoples Colony Division as model Division of FESCO and said that in first phase, applicant of the Peoples Colony Division can apply for new connection through any Customer Services Center of the city while staff of the Division would be restricted to complete the all process and also inform the applicant all steps through SMS.
