PSL’s fact-finding report to be discussed today in BoG meeting

Bureau Report

LAHORE: The chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Ehsan Mani has reached here on Friday to chair an online Board of Governors (BoG) meeting on Saturday.
The meeting will discuss several matters related to the game and administration. Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 6’s fact-finding report will be presented in front of the BoG members for discussion.
Remember, PCB appointed a two-member panel featuring Dr. Syed Faisal Mahmood and Dr. Salma Mohammad Abbas to investigate the violations that took place in the event’s bio-secure bubble leading to the postponement of the extravaganza midway.
It must be noted here that PSL 6 was postponed after COVID-19 broke out in the bio-secure bubble. Six cricketers and a local staff member were tested COVID-19 positive.
On the other hand, the Model constitution for cricket clubs will also come under the consideration of the board members.
