ISLAMABAD:The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), in collaboration with Open-signal, has published the Mobile Network Experience Benchmarking Report (MNEBR) for the first quarter of 2026, covering 15 cities across the country.
Open-signal is a crowd sourcing platform that measures the Quality of Experience (QoE) of end users based on data samples collected throughout the day, including indoor and outdoor locations, as well as peak and off-peak hours.
The platform captures real user experience while streaming videos, making calls, and using mobile applications.
